We make good nutrition accessible and affordable to anyone on any budget, whether that means seeing us in clinic or doing our on-line virtual nutrition consults- we have you covered. We only offer personalized advice and don’t believe in cookie-cutter programs.

With our macro meal concept recipes, meal plans, and virtual nutrition coaching, we remove the confusion around food and provide the guidance you need to live a happy and healthy life with ease!

We believe the food you eat should not only be healthy, but it should also taste amazing too! Our macro balanced recipes, expert-led meal plans, and personalised coaching help you build sustainable habits, maintain a healthy weight, boost your energy, and thrive. It’s all done for you, with support every step of the way.

Macro Meal Concepts.

Our unique way of making good nutrition simple. No need to track your macros in an app, we have you covered with our meal concept recipes and personalised meal plans! It is like having your own Nutritionist and recipe creator in your pocket, it is a no-brainer!

#L&L

Light and Lean. Lower calorie and lower protein. Designed for those who don’t move much and need to be nourished without the calories. 250-350 calories per serve.

#SL-BAL or #SL-LCHF

Super Lean. Suit most people and great for everyday meals. High in protein and less than 450 calories. Split into either a balanced macro split or a low carb macro split.

#LCHF

Low Carb High Fat. Great for those with hormonal imbalances, inflammation, digestive issues or insulin resistance. Also great for athletes on a rest day. 500-600 calories per serve.

#BAL

Balanced. Meals with a balanced macro split. High in protein and moderate complex carbs. These meals are good for anyone who lives an active lifestyle. 500-600 calories per serve.

#GWMor #GWM-LC

Great Workout Meal. These meals are for those who LOVE to move! Highest in protein and complex carbs for lasting energy with a slow burn. If you train at the gym most days and have an active job, these meals are for you! Over 750 calories per serve. #GWM-LC is for these meals with less than 40 grams of carbs per serve. Standard #GWM will always be high carb designed to fuel workouts and keep you strong!

MEET COACH J.Lowe

Jessica Lowe is the Director of Happy Healthy Nutrition and the Creator of the Happy Healthy Nutrition Club and all of the mouth watering recipes. She is a Diploma qualified Nutritionist, PT and Certified NLP Coach and is super passionate about helping people find balance to achieve optimal health, happiness, and self-love!
